Default 2008 CBR600rr Statement of Compliance Label location

Hello all.
Long story short. Trying to bring over '08 CBR from US to Canada. At the boarder they will check for Statement of Compliance Label on the bike. Seller seems to have an issue locating it. Can somebody here check where their label is located?

I called local dealer and they said that it might be on the rear left arm.

Please and thank you.

Compliance with what? I've never even heard of this and I worked at the dealership for a long time.

Yeah not sure about what compliance label you're talking about. Here are the labels ion the left side of the swing arm.

Hey guys I found out through RIV that its actually a label with VIN# on it.

Was looking into bringing the bike from states and you for sure need that sticker/label on the bike.

There is a plate with the VIN# on the steering neck on the frame.

Its not a plate, its the actual frame that has the number stamped into it. Every bike in the US has the VIN stamped there. If they don't, its either a replacement frame that they didn't re-stamp [not legal] or stolen.
