You American's are so lucky - Over here in England the 2007 CBR600rr costs £7499 OTR. That equates to about $14000. So, don't bother shipping it from England!!!!!

 

I got mine for $10,100 OTD with the 4-year warranty. No helmet or jacket or anything though. Anyway, I thought I got a pretty good deal for mine. I think all these guys who are replying are getting theirs right now, just at the end of the year. Those of us who bought them earlier in the year were probably just happy not break 10K for the bike. I know of a dealership in Tucson that is now selling them for $8,200 sticker price, $9,400 OTD in most cases. I wish I had known someone doing that when I was buying my bike back in June. But even so, $9,400 OTD is only a few hundred less than what I paid for my bike when you take the warranty out of it. But these 8K OTD brices that people are talking about now sound ridiculous. I never even concieved of anything like that when I was shopping for mine.

I bought a dealership package at the time, included in the price.

3yrs/unlimited miles - Free scheduled maintainence, including 6 unscheduled oil changes, 6 free rear tires, 3 front tires, Plus 20% off all aftermarket parts and accesories.

I would say its not a bad deal, considering all that was included, thought it wouldn't be beneficial to someone out of the greater city area.

$11,083 OTD with 4year warranty, frame sliders, alpine star mesh jacket, Scorpion EXO-700 Helmet, HJC Helmet, Olympia gloves, rear cowl in Roanoke, VA on August 13th, 2007. .. the price for the bike was 9,600.00 OTD ... Shoulda only paid 8,900 OTD for the bike[:@]. Oh well .. I'm loving every mile with it!
