2007 Cbr 600
What`s up guys just bought a 07 cbr 600 that is bone stock. I want to do a couple things to it just to make it preform and look a little better. I want to do a Yoshimura RS-5 Slip-On, Integrated Taillight, and Shogun 3 Piece No-Cut Crash Kit. First question is how does the yosh pipe fair in performance?? Should I jet it as well?? Second with the tail light (I found one on ebay I like http://http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotor...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT) where are you guys putting the plate at now and what about the front blinkers wanna find something flush mount?? Finally is anyone running the shogun sliders any problems with them are they worth it or shouldI just do bars and frame?? Any advice for me would be great love the bike and just want to make it mine thank alot and hope to get some feed back soon

First off scratch the no cut sliders. No cuts are garbage and cause more damage in the even of a crash than no sliders at all. Get yourself a set a nice cut sliders and you'll thank yourself if you ever drop the bike. Here is a prime example how how they suck.As for the Yosi, it is a good pipe. Sticks out too far past the tail for my liking but to each their own. Yosi website says you'll gain 2hp with a slip on. Any slip on will give you between 2-4hp but you will never notice that on the street. Maybe it's just me but I can't open your Ebay link. Most people will recommend either a Tripage or TST Industries IT because they are plug and play or so I'm told. As for flushmounts there are a ton of brands out there. I bought the ones for my F4i I bought off Ebay and they were great.

Yeah lets see some pics!!
I love the Yoshi. And I would indeed suggest a TST unit as Rdub mentioned.
I received the Yoshi slipon as part of the deal when I purchased my bike, but if I was to do it from scratch myself I would have just purchased the full yoshi system.
Also yes - no cut sliders are junk. Just do it up right. I have woodcrafts and I really like the look. I also have Hotbody smoked flushmounts and a DDM 35w 6k HID kit. Ebay shorty levers.

The ugliest one known to man. I want something else just not sure what I want.
Not sure man - guy before me had put it on there, it had an integrated taiL LED light running along it which I removed when I got the TST.
The Bracket the TST guy sell looks like it sits real far into the bike

I have a hotbodz under tail kit i think... idk it came with the bike but its pretty nice if you don't do a tst...
As for the exhaust sticking out I know a lot of ppl have cut theres down to make it flush. I'm trying to track down the tools to do it atm.
and as mentioned don't get the no cut sliders. I had a set of vortex and they worked very nicely when i laid my bike down

Yeah I have an 07RR with the Yoshi RS-5 Slip on and it sounds dope. It isn't that annoying loud when idling and when you get on it, it screams. Just make sure you don't jack with the exhaust servo at all or it will give you a headache in the long run. And use heat shield under your tail light or it will melt because the yoshi comes extremely close to touching especially if you get the whole fender eliminator kit.
