Hey guys I am just looking for some help and I apologize in advance if this was already mentioned somewhere before.
I have seen an add about a 2004 cbr600rr repsol and owner is asking $3.5 it's got 6000km
Did they make repsol version in 2004? I don't want to waste a 100km dive to go check this bike if this seller is bull****ting.
With all the researches I did I only saw repsols were made after 2004
Planning on going to see the bike on this weekend but any help would be appreciated.

 

Back in those years, repsols were only made odd years and on 1000rr bikes.

 

The first and thus far only year Honda has made a factory 600RR Repsol edition is 2013. All others factory Repsol's have been 1KRR's. Now that is not to say that this bike can't be nice and clean and whatnot but it is not from the factory.

 

It's not a genuine Repsol like the others have said - but who cares? If it's nice - it's a nice bike. If it's a POS - it's a POS regardless of what color the fairings are painted.
