hi, i recently had a accident and drop my bike. Its mostly cosmetic in the front, not sure if any mechanical is damaged. I have a friend who's going overseas and is looking to get rid of his 2003 CBR 600. I want to know if a 2003 cbr and my 2007 cbr 600 rr are compatible in any way body or mechanical parts? Any feedback is appriciated. I wouldn't want to let a great deal pass me buy. Thnx again.

 

no, they are not

 

2003 - 2004 are the same and 05-06 you can use most of the body work along with the whole front end.

 

They're completely different. Very few things are compatible.
