Default -1/+2 ?

can i go -1/+2 on my 06 600rr and use the stock chain without removing or addind any chain links as i don't have a chain cutter or any extra links. i've already got the -1 front but haven't installed it yet i still need to order the +2 for the rear which will be 15 tooth front and 45 tooth rear should work out great on the wheelies and take off

how loose is your stock chain right now? you'll need some slack to get it to fit. if the chain hasn't been stretched then i doubt it will fit. in a general summarization, if you had to adjust your chain to take the slack out, then you might be able to get it, but that is a big might. i'd hold off for now, install the front tooth, it will make a big improvement, and then later if you still want more, then go ahead and do the rear sprocket, maybe even the 520 conversion

You need to make sure your sprockets are fit for the stock chain. Your stock chain is a 525. Most sprocket manufacturers make their sprockets for a 520 chain so they wont work with your stock chain.

You can order aftermarket sprockets for a 525 stock chain in almost every shop. It should fit.
