Default 07RR or keep my 05 F4i?

I have an 05 F4i that I enjoyed riding for the last year, but now I'm getting bored with it. I'm thinking of selling her before she reaches 10,000 miles, and getting an 07 600 RR. My deli ma is that comfort is very important to me, hence the reason I got the F4i. I've read that the 07 is designed for bettercommuting. Can anyone verify this? Can you ride all day on the 07 RR without cramping up? thanks for any advice.

+1 600rr's are not for the faint of heart or let me re-phrase that....faint assed wanna be comfy riders.....my rr is cool but i hut my knees on my mid fairings and im only 5' 7"....the seat is hard and the stance is very agressive......

That's not good news, I want comfort but also style and power, and I love that Honda's hold their value. Believe it or not I'm even thinking of getting the Suzuki M109r, it's sexy, sporty, powerful, and comfortable. But I feel like a sell out by going to a muscle cruiser. I really like the sport bike look.

I'm in the same boat you are but definitely looking to make the upgrade next season even if it is a little less comfortable. I've had my '05 F4i for 2 seasons and ready for the RR. I'm holding off until the spring though before the upgrade so I can choose between some leftover '07s or the new '08s.

Have you ever sat on the M109r? It's a damn big bike.

You're bored with the F4i? The RR is a faster, more aggressive bike, but are you using the F4i to it's full potential??? I think the 07 RR is a damn sexy bike and i'd like to have one, but the F4i suits me better for daily riding and long rides, and still hauls ***.

I agree, for daily rides to the store and all day rides the F4i is nice, but I've put on a 2 bros slip on, and K and N air filter, and it has helped, but I'm ready for some more speed. But I need comfort, I'm almost forty. And yes the m109r is big,but very lite.

I'm pretty comfortable on my 06rr at 5'7" but I can also use my gut as a cushion.

That's a great looking bike. I was checking them out last week. When I'm done with sportbikes I want something like that.
