Hey tapn, would that work on a 04?

 

Hey guys im a little curious as to what that blue can like thing is in tanntx's first picture under the seat??? I dont have that color it looks like mine is covered with a black thingie?? just curious ive seen it on a couple different 07's does it have a cover that can be removed or somthin??
