well i would say it 200% better than stock

stock : two adjustments
spring pre load
and rebound dampening

penske :
ride height
high speed dampening
low speed dampening
rebound
pre load

stock cbr shocks have comp adjustment, and its not the range of adjustments that make a shock good, its knowing how to set them for where and how you ride.

I have the double clicker, so no high/low speed adjustment, for the street it wouldnt be worth it in my opinion to get the double or triple ones, the sport shock they offer would be more then enough as the valving can be made to any of the settings of the more expensive shocks, it just cant be adjusted, but if you are only riding the street thats your best bet

agree , but i track my street bike
so its worth having more adjustments for the track
and i let my suspension guy do the tuning
he knows what he's doing better than i do
