First post here... I'm in the process of installing a power commander on my 07 CBR600RR. Unfortunately I cannot find any good step by step instructions with decent pictures, and the included instructions are a little vague. Does anybody have good close up shots of where each plug in will go (injectors and all that)? We just got done puting on the Yoshi full exhaust, but are stumped here. Any help would be great....Thanks!!

 

Lift up the gas tank, and down toward the bottom of the case you will see a set of 4 injectors (NOT the top ones). They will look the same, just on the bottom and the instructions will tell you what to connect to what. But its towards the bottom. and the tps should be on the side, about half way up.

 

Ok, I saw the plugs along the bottom.... But I didn't know if I use all of them. The instructions said to use the bottom injectors, but I wanted to make sure. It looked like there were only 3 wires on the PC, but 4 plugs on the bottom, plus the one on the side. If anybody has a picture that still would be great. Also, what do you do with the wires you unplug from the injectors??

it is technically a 1000rr how to page but the PC3 install writeup is almost identical to the 07 600RR
the only difference is the TPS

you have to remove the relays to get to the tps like in the instructions

 

the one that you have custom made will be your best bet
the powercommander page has two full exhaust downloads for the arrow and the leo vince
they will at least get you in the ball park until you can have a custom map made

 

The right way installing a power commander is right after you get it installed you need to map it (Dyno it). I would just let the shop install it.

 

i know thats the best i have a app aug 8 and i didnt want to wait to see it all on there and im running a zero map till then

 

i just called dyno jet they said run the leo vince till i get the custom map
