^^ It's photoshopped. I called his bluff on the first page, and now I am his arch nemesis. [sm=badbadbad.gif]

I picked up a vertical mount style one off 1tail.com for an 06 600RR that replaces the real wheel tensioner on the sprocket side. Fit on there like stock and was pretty easy to install. If your trying to be legal, I dont recommend this, I get pulled over all the time for improperly mounted plate, and no plate light. Damn good thing I ride with a few local cops. It does in fact look dope-face, and gets the plate off the tail for a nice fresh look. Pics to follow by request.

"sorry the link i posted was supposed to be www.cbrheavenusa.com, it is just like the one papi has and its 150 before shipping....comes with the light with integrated blinkers, plate mount, and plate light"

a key difference in these kits is the hugger that has led lights installed whichilluminate the plate very well. side notes: the plate bracket mounts using the rear footpeg holes, so no drilling is required and it sits nice and high. i don't know if the cbrheaven taillight is the same, but the one in my kit was a clear alternatives which is nice and bright for braking, signaling, and braking while signaling - both in day and night.

the cbr heaven mount uses two existing holes in the battery tray, you replace the existing bolts with the supplied longer ones....it also had a 3-led plate light attached to it---very bright at night.

^^ You can easily trim or cut the heat shield with tin-snips. Just tin-cutting shears will do the trick easy. I had to trim the heatshield on my bike and Captain Slow's bike to make my Raccoon Tail FE kit look right. And remember........I'm still working on a Raccoon Tail for the 07/08 models (now that I'll actually have one.)

[IMG][/IMG]

these are kinda old.. since i have taken off the rest of the plastic.. and polished up the pipe

here you can see the license plate bracket that comes with it..

i believe it might be the same kit that someone else posted.. he already took off the plastic and polished the pipe.. so there you go.. pretty cheap compared to other kits i've seen.. and i like the way it looks better than most.. so.. you decide

Brad
Holy Crap!!! Your bike is exactly what I want to buy this summer!!! Beautiful, absolutely stunning. Where'd you get the blue strips on the side of the rims?

Actually, the heat shield is still on in that pic.....the camera angle just happened to be just right. BUT, i did remove the heat shield completely, and i've had no issues whatsoever. My wife actually likes it, cuz it keeps her butt a lil warmer when it's cool
