Default 07 CBR 600rr

I have a 07 CBR 600rr, all i have done is a yoshi slipon and a k&n. i took it 2 the dragstrip for the first time yesterday. my best time was 11.182 at 128mph in the quater. looking for any tips,mods and/or suggestions.

What are your intentions with the bike? Do you plan on Drag racing it majority of the time? Dosent sound like a bad time for a 600. If you want better times stretch it, slam it, and gear it more aggressively. Stock gearing dosent have a lot of off the line power so thats where I would start.

yea i think i want to keep it on the track. getting to silly on the street.

drag racing and tracking it are two different things chief. and i agree, you're going to need a gearing change for the strip, so look into sprocket changes. search around the forum for advice on that. and if you're going to keep it on the TRACK, look into similar sprocket changes, and look into adjustable rearsets, and clip-ons, steering dampers, and suspension upgrades.

Suspension will help for the strip too look into those types of things. Power Commander will help as well.

yeah definitely gearing though, aka sprocket swaps.

new gearing for the WIN! least expensive and most noticeable difference mod ever
