Default 06 600rr buying Q

I have been looking for a sportbike for a while and recently came across an 06 CBR 600rr, looks to be in great shape from the pics I got, it has a rebuilt title and when I asked about that I was told that it was dropped in a parking lot and insurance totaled it and his buddy at the Honda shop helped him with arranging getting the work done for next to nothing.
The bike has 26xxx miles on it and his price is $4500.........
When I inquired about the bike I had a limited budget but he's in a hurry to sell so he can get his old lady a Harley Davidson, the max I was willing to go is $3300 and that was it,
I guess my Q would be is does that sound like a fair price ? I haven't seen it yet in person but will be looking at it tomorrow, he has tried like he'll to get me up higher on pro e because he says bike is like new and the insurance was the ones who totaled it after a light drop but nothing was touched but plastic. It also has a Yoshi exhaust in it.
I have read many threads about this but they were all old and I wanted a fresh new opinion.
The
I know, awesome first post
I can put pics up in a bit

26xxx miles + salvage title (totaled by insurance) does NOT = $4500.
NADA low retail on a clean example is $3800.

I didnt check the NADA site but KBB would only give a retail value in the $4500~ range but I was going from their trade in value of $3540. I had just asked him if he would come down to $3300 because if not, I wasnt going to waist either ones time. I am assuming hes wanting to take the $3300 as he was asking if I had it cash in hand, which I do so were going to meet tomorrow so I can check it out. I almost know for a fact he doesnt wanna come down that low but that is all my funds will allow at this moment. I think in his mind hes losing big time but on the other hand I wanna look out for myself and not get screwed!!!!
Is $3300 too much for a bike with that many miles? He states he has always done the the routine maintenance on it with nothing but full synthetic.
here are some pics like I said

Holy crap! That person compressed the hell out of the front to load his bike. I'd check the fork seals if he was hauling his bike around like that.

Ok, gonna make sure the front shocks arnt Blown out.......
I was mainly worried about price versus mileage and title but seems im coming in $500 below the low retail price so I guess that's good. I buy more cars than bikes just hate getting screwed because I didn't research everything out.

I bought my 06 cbr600rr for $3800. It had 26k miles on it when I bought it. It was in very good condition with no cosmetic damage at all. The guy I bought it from really took care of it. He was asking $5000 but hey cash in hand got it for $3800. Just look the bike over very good, id be hesitant to buy a salvaged title bike but thats me.

You do NOT get a salvage title from a simple parking lot drop. That is significant damage to multiple fairings, damage to the forks or a good shot to the engine. It cost me $100 to repair my F3 with OEM parts after dropping it twice, on both sides in 15 min to give you an example.

Salvage title + suspect story... the bike is worth $2k tops.

When I inquired about the salvaged title, this was his response

Not sure if you can see it but basically he's got a buddy at Honda that told insurance that there was more damage than there really was, I guess so they would total it out and fix it but now it has a salvaged title
