Found out (after 2 hours of IM transfer with doncollins), the "Official 2003-2005 Honda CBR600RR Factory Service Manual" is the same as the 03-04 you all already have/know about: [:@], [:'(], [

what he was saying was... the manual he downloaded was listed as 2003-2005. It's not, it's actually the 03-04 shop manual, so he doesn't have the 05 version. There are a lot of sites listing the 03-05 service manual available for download... it's just the 03-04, the quest for the 05 version continues....
