I just bought my 04' 600rr, and want to put the stock Honda Decals back onto the bike in the same colour as my rims (it's painted flat black right now). Since I never had the decals on there in the first place, I'm not sure how big they are. I have someone who's cutting them out for me, but needs to know the sizing.

I found this website for sizing, but there's a few size options for each decal.

Would someone be able to tell me the proper stock sizes for:

Honda Wings (on gas tank)
CBR (shadow decal on side fairing)
600rr (on tail)
HONDA (on bottom fairing)

Am I missing any?

Hope this helps....I too have an 04 RR....saw your post so went to garage and got you some measurements.

Gas Tank Wings- 4.25 wide x 3.25 inches tall at the wing tip

CBR on side- 7.50 long x 1 inch tall

600RR on tail- 8.75 long, number itself (600) is .25 inches tall, RR is actually 1 inch tall at tallest pt where both the RR's meet in the middle.

Honda on lower fairing- Left side (shifter side) is 1.5 inches tall x 13 inches long....right side by rear brake is 1.5 inches tall and 14.5 inches long.

Oh...there is a small HONDA decal on the very back of the tail section, at the tip...runs horizontal to the rear seat and also another one on the front above the headlights and below the windscreen. Small decals but decals nonetheless. I replaced my stock decals from tapeworks.com and it came with directions on placement and all....think I paid about $100 bucks for the stock set a couple of years ago. Good Luck!

There's actually a guy in my building who has a 1000rr (not sure what year, but looked similar), and I measured his decals just to get an idea...but I got different measurements. I'm curious if you measured from the very tips of the lettering (my measurements were longer), or if it's cause it's a 1000rr.

Here's what I got:

1) Honda Wings on gas tank 5.3 x 3.8"

2)CBR 7.75" x 1 " (Exactly the same!)

3) 600 RR: 7 1/2 x 0.75"
I measured them separately too :
600 part is 2 1/2" (i didn't measure height, so I'll go by yours
RR part is 5 "

4) HONDA (bottom fairing) 16 1/2 x 2 (didn't realize the two were different sizes, so thanks!)
