Just wanted to see if anyone had some info RE: full body plastics including upper/lower cowl for a '04 600cbr RR.

Someone on the site had mentioned oppracing.com for carbon fiber bodywork. I checked out there site and they offer fiberglass bodywork as well. You would be looking at around $970 +/- IIRC. Not saying that it's the cheapest you can find but I would probably feel better purchasing through them than aftermarket bodywork from ebay where the question of quality comes into play. It should still be less than half of the cost of oe plastics from the dealership.

I would check ebay also though to see if you can find oe bodywork for cheap (hopefully not stolen) unlesss you're looking for a fiberglass alternative.

Ebay has about any fairing that you would need.
