Sounds like a good deal to me. I'd buy it if I were you. If you been looking for an 05 for a while I'm sure you have found that you can't get one for only $3500. Save yourself some cash and get the 03.

i would say that the 03 isnt a bad deal and its not a bad bike either. I have the 04 and i love the bike i have had a lot of bikes and this bike has been there through it all and hasnt had any real problems. The only thing i am running into at the moment is my suspension the from forks are a lil squishey but thats about it.

Yeah I'd keep looking. You'll find some good deals now that the riding season is starting to come to an end too.

You damn Americans!
I was looking at a 05 CBR 600RR but it was $6500.
You can't get any year RR in decent shape in Canada for under $5000.

The main difference is the front end of the 03 vs the 05+. The 03/04 have a standard fork, where the 05+ have the inverted forks with radial mounted brakes. I did a front end conversion on my 03 to the inverted forks of the 05+ and found that the bike turned better, was stiffer up front and the brakes were a ton better. TheCult, you intrested in buying mine. I am in Ontario and possibly looking to sell.
