ok wtf? honda didnt make RR's for 01's and 02's?

 

I believe the RR didn't come out 'til '03. Before then the CBRs were the F-series like the F4is and such. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. [8D]

 

The RR didn't come out until 03
The F4i was honda's supersport bike in 01-02, same for the F4 in 99-00, and the F3 before that, F2 before that and the original F1 way back when...

Which is why a lot of folks like the looks of the 02 F4i cause it had the RR style seat which Honda then moved to the RR in 03 & gave the F4i back a banana seat.

 

But don't forget the RR they DID make......the 954RR---and i think the 929 was an "RR" as well.

actually the F4i didn't get the damn banana seat until 04, so 03 was a good year, the RR came out and the F4i still looked good

 

yeah, i dont know if i should get a 01-02 F4i, are they agressive style like RR's? because i didnt like my stance on my F3 95..

 

Are you just talking about the 600's? Cause they used the RR on other bikes for a while now.

 

the only difference between the 04-06 F4i's and the 01-03's is the banana seat and subframe, the actual gemotetry and seat height is the same so if you go to a dealership with an 06 F4i it will sit exactly the same as the older F4i's, that should give you something to go off of. Its more agressive than your F3 for sure but not quite as agressive as the 600RR, you really just need to sit on the different bikes and see what you like

just know this: its easier to make an F4i more agressive than it is to make an RR more comfortable
