Can anyone provide me with an exact wiring diagram of the taillight/rear turns, so I can rewire this garbage that I got when i bought the bike?

 

and if not a wiring diagram at least tell me what each color goes to?
(such as orange - running light, green/yellow - right turn pos, green/yellow/brown - right turn neg, etc.)

 

I had the same issue and I just downloaded a service manual, it showed me everything I need to know for wiring. If you do a search you will find a ton of them.

Well, I wish I would have taken a picture, but alas, I didn't. The wiring is finished though. YAY!
Got some smoked stalk turns off ebay, hooked those up, and fixed all the wiring crap in there.
Soldered and shrink wrapped everything, looks amazing.
Tested all lights. Running brake, check. Brake light, check. Left turn, check. Right turn, check.
!!
Now I just have to go get my tires installed and finish painting my fairings and we will once again be ROAD READY!!!
