Does anyone know where you can attach the hooks from a helmet net on the bike cus on the 98 downwards their was hooking points where you could attach the hooks so just wondering if there is is any places like that on the 99 honda cbr 600?

pass pegs and wrap the rearward hooks to each other under the taillight. there is also hooks under the seat to hook the chin strap on

But shouldnt ya be wearing the helmet????

 

 

That's a good pic. Unfortunately, if you no longer have the factory hooks b/c you've upgraded to an undertail that eliminated those hooks, you have to be creative. As PG said, use the rear pegs, hook under the tail light, & use helmet strap hooks under the seat.
