I would say that it would most likely be worth doing in the states. However, in the UK, I'm not sure what the market would be. If I were you tho, I would def consider the proposition.

O really spontaneous combustion :/ i dont like the sound of that :/

quick update they have decided to write it off and thats all i know :/ these insurance companys are soo quick at taking money off you but not so quick at giving it back it seems :S

No really, don't get a gsx-r. I have 4 other friends that I ride with, well rode with, and 3 of them have gsx-rs. Don't do it, there are way too many awesome and unique bike out there to just become another gsx-r rider.

Haha nah im not looking for a GSXR but that one has 3000 miles for £3100 with is stupidly cheap for a almost brand new bike :/ I really like those daytonas anyone else heard of the spontanoes combustion?

Really though i want a CBR but for the price over here i might be better with something else :/ i will have a look and see when i get my money

At the moment they have offered me £2500 for the bike and salvage price of £250 so i will get £2250 and the bike but i think i can get more so i am waiting for a phone call back to see. ( none the same age with same miles for less than £3000 )

Also they have offered me £3500 for injurys which i have accepted. so with parting the bike out and everything else im looking at about a total of £7000

But.... then theres the finance for the bike in the first place :/

Its been a while people just posting back to let you know i found one i liked and brought it xD thought i would share it with you so here she is

She cost me £2800 with a new rear tyre and the restrictor kit fitted complety standard except a alarm, and only has 10500 miles (2000/2001 Model not sure which was registerd in 01)

She runs a lot better than the CBR with the restrictors in doesnt pull quite as much top end though but gets there twice as quick xD

Handling wise loves corners but sometimes runs a bit wide so i am going to have to set the suspension up for my weight and see what she is like.

Double solid white lines, driveways and a junction to contend with by the looks of your images, just add your "bint" for a disaster. Good feet positioning allowed you to fly mate. Hope you get her sorted soon and you mend quick mate !!!!
