Geesh what's wrong with you guys
I prefer the cheap way out, when I finished making Bacon
take that grease, pour it right on in the F4. Coats her reaaaaaaaaaaaal good.
(JUST KIDDING!) both options these guys choose and grades are good picks,

Mobil 1 10-40 does the job just as good as any of that expensive stuff honda recomands. Anybody who wants argue consider this, I have 16k miles on the bike. Oil changed every 3 thousand miles I just took the cams out to measure valve tolerances and there was hardly any wear not even close to the recomended replacement limits.

On my 2000 F4 I have recently done a full oil and oil filter change, I used Putoline fullysynthetic 4 stroke 10w/40 along with a K&N oil filter. The oil cost me £29.55 for 4ltrs.
