I have a 99 CBR F4, manual says replace plugs @ 8k, im at 11k and im pretty sure the previous owner never did it. Anyway which plugs should i run? OEM? Where can i get them and is there a "How To" anywhere on how to do this?

They will fit and I wouldn't use denso they are not mention in the service manual and they cost twice as much.

Sick, thanks for the advice!!!

That is awesome, I prefer ngk, but someone told me denso plugs run forever, I assume all iridium will run forever anyways...

I just bought some, couldn't resist, I love ngk, they have always done well in different cars I have built, and in my bikes. I have never tried iridium, so it will be interesting...I am doing a rejet here shortly as well with a factory pro kit, so It will be nice to have some plugs that can take it...

Is there a write-up on how to change the plugs?

I have a service manual that is in .pdf form, got it from this link, check it out, it has a good write up, nothing horrible, I have done it before on other bikes...

Just find your bike, and then "save the movie" and you will have the entire manual in pdf form!!! [sm=bling.gif]

You can take off the raditor and get the plugs from the front. The raditor is easy to get off but the area you will work in is extreamly tight. I lift up the gas tank, not completely off, and would take off the airbox. The airbox is about 4 hoses and 6 lose screws and its off. You can hit the plugs from the top it will be alot easier to change. I just bought the NJK Iridum and my bike runs smoother and starts the first time almost everytime now on a cold motor.
