Default Tail Setups

Hey guys, I was hoping you could post pics of your modified tails. Including, but not limited to, things like intergrated tails, tail conversions, undertail exhaust, undertail kits. I just really dislike the stock rear, I like the tail light shape but the blinkers and plate mount leave a lot to be desired. So lets see what you got, and maybe include some details as well as where you got your parts from or if they are all custom. Thanks!

As a somewhat related side note, I want to high mount my exhaust. I am in the process of building my own can ( I am an experienced TIG welder and have access to all the stainless and aluminum I could dream of ), but also want to extend/remake the pipe. Has anyone done anything like this? I think I am going to design it all in a 3D modeler like solidworks or autodesk and go from there. Anyone have the dimensions for the bike or tail? Or even a solid works file?

I had looked at your post earlier, kinda inspired my post. Good luck with that, I will keep an eye on your progress. Will you be running an undertail exhaust? I love that look... Kinda wanna do it with my stock F4 tail. Think its possible? Like i said, metal fab I can do.

I wanted to do an undertail exhaust but havent gotten around to actually having a friend of mine run the pipe. And you should have no problem running an undertail on your stock tail I have seen it done, but you will need a dfferent exhaust....i.e. aftermarket or maybe a stock RR exhaust.

I have a new (never mounted) undertail. It has the brake lights integrated into it. It's red and made of fiber glass. $100.00 plus shipping if your interested. If not, have a look at my photo gallery, I have a mototek undertail on mine, you might like it instead.

We were talking about the undertail exhaust, not just the undertail. Honest mistake tho.
