Had a quick look around but couldn't find much. I have managed to source a second-hand swing arm from a 99 and is in pretty good nick...

I am wanting to rub this down and polish the heck outta it so its nice n smooth n shiny, anyone any suggestions/tips on how i would go about this, ive not rubbed down ali of this grade before.

I was thinking some seriously rough sandpaper and slowly bringing it down to finer and finer grades before polishing the heck outta it with Autosol,

I know CJardin & GotCBR are pretty handy with the mods, so guys if you read this, please do shout up with any suggestions.
