Default Running Very rich

Hello! i have an f4 that is running very rich on cylinders 2,3 and 4, 1 is running perfect. the plugs for the bad cylinders are black and two are wet. i've rebuilt the carb with a stage 1 kit, synced the carbs, replaced coils and plugs, checked all wiring, put a new fuel pump and filter in, put a new air filter in. the bike idles ok and revs to 7-8k fine but anything above that and it starts to bog, and if i rev it to 8k and just let off the throttle it will just die and act like its flooded, i even tore the entire motor apart to replace all gaskets but none of this has fixed this issue (btw i had this issue before any of this work was done). i don't know if this could be part of the issue but the gauges will randomly spike all the way up for a split second then go right back to where there meant to be, this happens every 1-2 minutes.
this is all the aftermarket stuff done to the bike:
Two bros exhaust
deleted rear licence plate holder
led headlight
(this is the big one) turbo@5psi max boost
the bike was running like this before the turbo was put on. the turbo was added for fun but only added a small amount of power cause the bike wont rev up enough to build much boost.

if you have any idea what's going on with my bike please let me know, i've already spent to much trying to fix it and just want it running good again.

Measure actual float levels
Set to proper spec
Do external wet-test to confirm actual float levels

I had no idea it was even possible to adjust with it being all plastic, but i will give it a try.

It's not, they are plastic and are not adjustable. Look for liquid in them which would indicate a crack. Other than that, they're most likely fine.

when i rebuilt them about 2 weeks ago that was somthing i checked, i put them in water and looked for bubbles but saw none, also when i first disassembled the carbs, there was no fuel in any of the floats.
im also just now thinking of somthing that might be contributing to this problem, there is a vacuum/vent line coming out of the top of the slides, i have boost referenced this line, should i have not done that?

Is the D.A.I. (Direct Air Induction) system still functional? Is the Air Vent Control solenoid functional?

No, if that were still in the bike it would cause a MASSIVE boost leak so it had to be deleted, plus the turbo takes it's place and ads just a little more air than it did.
Also it's running rich no matter how fast I'm going so that can't be the problem.

I don't have any experience with turbo charging. I do know how CV carburetors work, and I know what causes the Vacuum Piston to move up. It is pulled up by vacuum generated in the intake manifold by way of holes in the bottom of the slide. That is what pulls the main Jet Needle out of the Main Jet and thereby adding more fuel to the airflow. Making it a pressurized system changes that dynamic. From a troubleshooting standpoint, I'd want to see what those slides are doing during acceleration. But you can't really do that with the airbox closed and sealed. Hmmm, maybe a GoPro camera and light taped inside to record? IDK, but sounds like you've got some interesting challenges ahead of you. FI would certainly be easier.

Yeah, I don't think you want to boost anything that controls or feeds the slides. Only place that should get boosted is float-bowls.

i feel like this post might be a little out of the element for what people are used to seeing on here (n/a vs forced induction). could you post a picture of your intake routing and charge pipe? maybe that will give a little insight as to the systems that may have been removed or modified. i would also just be curious to see how you did a blow through setup.
