oil leak under header

Default oil leak under header
Can anyone tell me what those little holes under the headers are for? are they oil over flows? cause my bike is leaking oil from the one closest to the shifter side.

maybe a gasket or a seal is damaged and leaking, but idk why you should have oil leaking from there. Might be a bad sign

no it had to do with something about replacing the valve cover gasket where the spark plug meets the block if I'm not mistaken. it cost's $31.50
