do 00-03 f4i fairings fit a 99 f4?!?
lookin to buy fairings from ebay or nicebike.com ne advice from neone!
please help maybe send a link for a better source to buy some or has neone purchased from either places?

How come there f4 fairings say pgm fi? there carburated so i dont understand? weird

 

huh? i have no idea what your talkin about?! haha im still new to all the biking stuff but i need alot of help with the new fairings

 

The left and right side cowls will swap between the F4 and F4i. The upper will not swap, nor will the gas tanks. The headlight assemblies are very different (one light on the F4, two eye's on the F4i.)

The tail sections might swap between bananna models. That'd be the 00-99 F4 and the >03 model F4i's. I'm not sure if they would, but the seat is the same so it *might* work.

 

the lowers will fit no problem. The upper will only fit if you swap fairing stays too. The nana seat n tail will fit w.ith the 04 - 06. The split seat will only fit if you swap out the subframe and undertray. And yes its a direct bolton. The gas tank will fit, but the F4i tank will have the fuel pump mounted in the tank unlike the F4s that are mounted to the subframe.

Also if looking on nicecycle, click on the f4i selection and it will give you a selction for the 99-00 f4.

 

Does anyone know if there is a site simular to nicecycle that will sell peices of a full fairing set? I need just the yellow front fairing.
