Don't bypass the neutral switch??? It's there for safety reason....If it's the neutral switch gone bad, replace it...cheap and easy fix. The switch is located near the gear box, close to the shifter...maybe a loose connection so it flickers...find it, see if cleaning it and fix it...or replace it..

Hmm for some reason I read kick stand switch. But still I would only bypass it to make sure that is the problem, than fix it.

A good super cheap OEM website is honda4u.com they are super cheap and if your local and can pick them up they can have the parts at the dealer in 2 days.
