Hey Guy's trying to diagnoise this dying problem when fans come on. If someone has a meter and a F4, Could someone please take the seat off, start the bike and take a voltage reading at the battery at idle and then take your meter and check across one of the fuses such as ignition fuse top one in the fuse block and let me know if the voltage readings are different about .5 volts.

Would be a great deal of help.

Theres been alot of threads about this since its summer time. Its been found that when the fan comes on the charging system cant supply the voltage the coils need for spark. Not sure if changing the stator or r/r will help anything or not. Some have also reported a change of fuel pump worked for them. Nobody knows a 100% cure from what ive read so far.
