Default Monoshock Adjustable?

Bought my 99 cbr off of craiglist, the guy was short about 5 3''. It sits extremely low. I wouldnt dare but a girl on the back. Is the rear shock adjustable? Should I buy another one? Love the bike but i want to bring the height back to stock.

P.S. I have the clymer manual and cant find anything on adjusting that rear shock.

The rear shock is fully adjustable
It has rebound , compression and preload settings.
As for ride height if its been lowered its been done with a lowering kit which is basically the suspension linkage arms.
There just 2 strips of metal with 3 bolt holes in each linkage arm that are usually 30 or 45 mm shorter than standard.

Ebay should come up with a used set of standard linkages for a few quid and its a simple swop over to bring the ride height back to standard

Yeah its 160 for the shock linkage with all the bolts. I got the the shock link and two slides on ebay for 20. This should raise it to stock height.
