Got a 2000 in yellow and black, got it brand new in 2000- have 18k on it.

 

8100 miles. 1999 636F4. 2000 miles on big bore kit.

 

Damn this thread is old. Let me just say this, Most bikes will get over 100k miles if they are taken care of. So in most cases miles shouldn't be a concern especially if a 10 year old bike has 20k miles, thats 2k miles average a year....I never had any problems with my F4 until I let it sit...If it sat for longer than a week then it was a bitch to startup...I sold my F4 with 26k miles.

i bought my 00 f4 for 2200 with 16073 miles on her. just hit 22121 today. Bought this year in april.

 

I do between 3 and 6K a year

 

I got mine for $2100. He was asking $2900 but had been laid down.
