Are you talking about removing the pair valve? If so tubes just needs to be blocked. I can take some pictures of my bike, but won't get to it before friday.

wouldnt run with the 1 carb tube blocked off so im just gonna hook both carb tubes to the 2 side holes on the air box

You still need two big hoses on the airbox.. damn I can't remember exact which. If nobody else post before friday I will take a detailed picture of my setup. Works great and the bike puts down 102rwhp only with that, bigger jets and k&n filter.

for us stunters its done so that the engine doesnt hydrolock and kill itself when the bike rolls over...from what i hear it frees up some hp too.... the tubes coming off the valve cover need to be T'd into each other

Cool, thanks for the pic. I don't stunt my bike but I do like HP. Cant be much of a gain tho, 1 horse maybe? Would be interesting to see if someone has dyno'd before and after.

Yeah, free's up some hp.

Kleen air mod increases low end torque and you don't have to worry about hydrolocking.
Removing the pair valve saves a little weight and you get rid of something that isn't necessary.

If you remove it on your road bike you will probably fail inspection.
