Interesting problem

alright heres the latest full tank of gas, full charge on batterie.
Tryed to start it probly 20 times with no luck, my next guess is that the plugs are completly fouled.
Going to get my buddy to load it up in his truck to take it back to my house because its currently sitting at my job lol.
So now im going to change the plugs. If thats not it, then i dont know what the problem is.
While trying to crank it over i got it to turn over but it instently died. If its not the plugs then im out of guesses.

...And make sure you don`t mess up what lead goes to what plug. Trust me, Ule feel like a complete t00l when U find out that was the case after a week of battle and taking apart the whole machine...
Take one or two plugs out, if they don`t look too bad plug them in the leads and lay them on the head so that you can see the business end and that it gets ground from the head. Don`t hold them from the leads while cranking, there`s a good 20 000 volts going in the leads and it WILL give your fingers a jolt through the insulator. then turn the engine and watch what kind of spark you get. It should be bright blue and stay pretty stable in the center of the tip. If it`s purple, weak, jumps around or no show at all then your plugs are shot.

I think you`ll have a sweet runner soon mate. I would have a lill check around whilst the tanks off, just check through the bits you cant normally get to. If I was in this deep I`d prob` remove the air box unit itself and take s look at all your cabling for play and rubbers for leakage.....might as well ! As Mattson says take your time with the plugs. Its worth numbering your leads if the origonal have come off, put them back in the wrong order and...(hope this isnt the solution to the whole thing !!!!) she will run like a dog

took everthing off the bike, have it down to the carbs and now i have to get ready to go to work booo...
Parts r ready to go in, im also im thinking about replacing the fuel line from the switch to the fuel filter because its not bad, but it looks like the factory one, you know what im saying? no cracks, but it looks like i should probly change it because its right their anyway. What would u do? lol
Should i change the fuel filter while im at it? looks pretty clean but still... im more like "If i take the transmission off might as well replace everything inside it because i dont want to have to take it off AGAIN"

I am at the same place as you EViR I have been doing a pretty heavy overhaul on my F4 and when I tried to fire it last Sun (after replacing the spark plugs) it wouldn't fire to save its life so I am going to try some stuff but I am going to get a new fuel filter for it and probably run new gas lines for it. So I would go ahead and change the fuel lines and filter if I were you (which in a sense I am) I am just curious what size lines to put back on it I think 5/16" is OEM but not sure can't find it in the repair manual so that is what I am going to end up going with. https://www.bikebandit.com that is the website I am getting my fuel filter for, just need to know the size of your fuel line whether it is a 1/4 or 5/16 $7 I think so not too expensive at all. Hope this helps you. -Randy
