First: When I pull the clutch while sitting in neutral (At a stop light), noise from the engine seems to become noticable louder. What is this?
Second: At slower speeds, when I apply the front brake I can feel the front (handlebars, shocks) 'slip' forward about 3mm more or less, when I let go of the front brake it returns to normal position. WTF is THIS?!
Third: When I pull my front brake I notice a loss of energy via the speedo panel lights. I have aftermarket rear signals and they are ghetto rigged but functional. Do I need some sort of relay that people with L.E.D.s recommend?

The lil bit of noise is normal. I've got 15k on my bike and it doesn't seem to affect anything (from what I've noticed).
Secondly,
I had the same problem. Get someone to re-adjust your shocks back to a stock setting (and refine for your weight). My front end wasn't equal on both the fork settings and i had the same problems. There are about 3-4 screws that affect all the front end load & if there are out of sync the bike will feel really werid in corners (front end bouncing & feeling kinda unstable). Also, check your rear spring load setting (if ya have some sag, then your probably not stiff enough). It will be all the difference in the world after you do it, trust me.
Once you pull in the clutch and take the load off the engine (RPM's go down) your alternator is no longer charging the system which = dimmer display panel. Absolutely normal. Aftermarket or not, it shouldn't really matter. Rev it up at night and watch it magically brighten up. Hope this helps.
