hey guys anyone had this problem or offer some help
The problem is that when my CBR 600 F4 2000 (carb model with 18,450miles) gets fully hot (the radiator fan activates intermittently), the idle becomes irregular and sometime stalls while sitting at the lights. Other times it stalls (or almost stalls) when when accelerating from idle. When the engine is below that temperature, the problem
isn't there.
I've been struggling with this problem for almost 2 months now, mostly because I do most of my riding in for relatively short journeys. I've had this into the shop a couple of times and either they say that they've "fixed it" or can't see the problem, however the problem keeps occuring.
any help will be greatly appreciated

1200rpms at idle had carbs cleaned and synced too maybe fuel regulator by im not sure what to do anymore the problem only occures at low rpms. While cruising no problem but as soon as i downshift from 2nd to 1st and throw in clutch she dies before reaching the stop.I"ll start her up and have to keep it reved to prevent it from stalling out,and on take off it will sputter like its running out of fuel but once i get it going its like nothings wrong, man im sick off this problem not to mention its dangerous

well after a week of no luck finding problem i finally sent the bike to a honda tech and he found the problem a bad thermal sensor i never would have found it but thanks for tryin to help guys
I had the same problem for a while with my f3. I had even replaced the battery. When I bought a used instrument cluster to finally finish the project, it even had a toggle switch built in that I conveniently used for the headline so I could shut it off when stopped at traffic lights.
It turned out what I really needed was a new voltage regulator/rectifier. Once I replaced that, it was perfect. Apparently it's very common for the stock ones to fry. You can get them at regulatorrectifier.com. Service was great, price is pretty good, and the new one has cooling fins on it to keep it from happening again.
