Hey guys,

As the title says, only after a 25-30+ mile trip, the bike run extremely rough after it is shut off and started again. The start is very hard and there is sputtering at random marks through the powerband.

Any ideas? Anything I should check?

check the rectifier once its heated up. It might be good when the bike is cold but after a while it will get heated up and it wont be working properly. I had the same problem for a long time.

 

can you basically describe or explain the rectifier? Or perhaps a link to the info i need? Thanks man.

 

its a small module box, i think a 5wire and it basically regulates the amount of charging that should be sent to the battery. My suggestion just pay someone to test it, less hassle and they can get it done faster
