Not sure what wrong with it yet cause it all looks pretty good but the fork has some minor damage on it but it doesn't look severe enough to be causing it to grind.

You're going to be looking for unusual pitting/grooves on the drum. And you should only see slight wear on where the shift fork touches the dogs on the cogs. If you see excessive wear over the whole half moon, you have problems.
I checked out the pics, take some up close ones of the drum and shift forks.
