Default Headlight adjustment?

The lighting on my f4 is horrible at night. Got the high beams on and it's still basically right in front of me. I doubt I can see more than 40 feet in front of me. I don't know if the whole assembly moves or if there's an adjustment screw. I found just a screw on the inside but I've tried it, it doesn't do jack. Any info?

Thanks, Kathryn

There is a hole directly below the speedo and that is for the adjustment screw (If you sit on the bike its the plastic bit that covers the area below the instrament cluster) . You screw the screw in to make the beam aim higher.

I found it easier to take the plastic off as it makes getting at the screw so much easier.

Hope I haven't confused you, let me know if you can't find it
