Hmm... Certainly need some assistance with this one. My new-to-me 1999 model has Delkevic stainless downpipes, to which I am trying to fit an original Honda exhaust. I rang up Delkevic and they were kind enough to have their tech department get back to me next week.

Here's the problem - when I offer up the Honda can to the downpipes, no graphite seal installed, no clamp band either, I can see that it still wants about another centimetre before the endcan will reach the slot in the rear footpeg to bolt up.

What do you think is the problem here?? Are the rear footpegs adjustable by any chance? Photos below.
