Default h7 hids HELPPPPPPPP

i'm about to install h7 hids. will i need to change to a bigger amp fuse? i read and heard some ppl had to cause it kept going out. but if u would have to change to a bigger fuse, any long term conflicts or corrosions in the wire harnesses?

Well, changing the fuse will help keep the light on, the only problem is that the wire size (gauge) is only meant for the headlight you have stock. If you put a bigger bulb in and it pulls more amperage, you run the risk of burning up the wiring and harness. Had a buddy that this happened to on a gsxr 600, it melted the wire sheath and the harness.

If you run a new/bigger wire you'll eliminate that issue, and charging capability shouldn't be off by much with only changing a bulb and fuse.
