Default Gotta love this hobby

Soo after finally fixing the cbr new problems occured, first of all my rear shock was blown, easy fix second hand unit and tuning and works better then before now.
Second issue:
I have been riding around like that for a while as it doesn't really bother me but I notice some increased problems so I thought let me reach out. If I am riding at the highway in 6th gear specifically not 5th also not different rpm same speed. No only at 6th gear at 6-7k rpms I notice that my bike does not want to accelerate, sometimes the rpns even get lower to the 6k mark. Only if I like slowly over the course of 10-20 seconds accelerate it will get past there. And from there no problems at all!
Third problem
When I was riding high rpms around 9-10 or 8-9k rpm I notice some boggings, but only in 4th and 5th gear(not in first or second, haven't tried 3th, or 6th) after that threshold no problems again.
What would this be
A summary about this bike that turned into an accidental project:
-I bought it at 26k and it failed me at 28k after 3 months of riding last year. i have replaced some relais fuses, my spark plugs, bought second hand coils which I did test, I revised the carb including float pins, and jets(later I cleaned them again and set the slide) I replaced the fuel pump with a facet 40171(I believe) and replaced att fuel lines cleaned out my petcock. And rewired a specific wire that is famous for going bad, and last but not least replaced the pulse generator that was the cause of my issue. Now I am at 31xxx km and it works fine outside of those issues!
I might have forgotten something but that was most important

Congratulations! That is a hell of a journey! How did you end up at the pulse generator? I am having the same issues and have seen that the mid range bogging in the forums seems to be a common occurrence so trying to figure where to get started. Also would you mind elaborating on the wire that goes bad? My bike has the same bogging at ~5000-6000rpm but outside these it rides well.

Soo the pulse generator is actually from another issue where the bike would randomly stall after like 1km. I replaced a lot, and in the end it was the pulse generator.(I have more treads that go in dept)
The bad wire is not really a bad wire but more a sensitive+wire going to the coils. But by bypassing it it is fixed.
And the bog still has not been fixed nor the random power loss both at specific rpms

But I am not a 100% but I do believe around that rpm range that you described the carb switches jets. So maybe check out the carb!!

Thanks for the response! It sounds like a hell of a journey for you. I have had the carb rebuilt by a tuning specialist as the bike was running very rich and the fuel pump has been replaced. I am planning to change the fuel petcock filter also and am hoping to check some of the electrical components to see if there are issues there to try some cheaper fixes. Have you checked any of the RAM air mechanisms?

Just to follow back on this, I ran the bike out again to try and see if there were any improvements. I tried to change the style of riding I was doing as I am coming from a larger 900. I kept the bike revving higher as standard throughout the ride ~6k majority of the time. And additionally ran at least a tank through of premium petrol (97 octane) as I bought the bike with a full tank of E10 in it. Bike ran significantly better. Not sure if that is news or of benefit to anyone but I will post back in future if it stays functioning.
