Default front upper fairing f4 to f4i

I can't find a write up on this anywhere. Is it really that straight forward?
Does anyone have some tips or pictures of the procedure?

The way i did mine was simple as **** .... so far !!! and i cant see any problems ahead of me.

All i did was kept the original H-Frame / fairing stay but bent both sides of it inwards until it ligned up with the holes on the f4i fairing, admitedly only the bottom holes line up but it still supports it just fine.

I havnt fitted my headlights yet but cant see any problems ahead with it.

if you used the f4i stay n gauges its a simple bolton swap with the exception of wiring for the gauges. I would assume the F4 gauges could still be used, tho digital gauges are kewl

And like SF said modded of the F4 stay will work too.

When i bought my F4 it had the F4i front end, only problem i saw was their were nowhere to bolt gauges the guy had them zip tied to the stay...So i converted it back and sold it. Now im going to try to pick me up an actual F4i tomorow lol
