Default fork seal job, wat kinda stand do i need?

Hey guys, i just bought a used f4 and it needs to have fork seals replaced.
I've looked up different bike stands and they all seem to use the forks to lift the bike up, so what kind of stand do i need to do this? plz help, thanks.

you're going to need a racing stem stand like this:

This image is HUGE but you can see what I did. If you have frame sliders and are not going to need to lift the front often you can make one of these with parts from Lowes for under 20 Dollars.

1 Long piece of wood, about 6 inches wide, 1.5 - 2 inches thick

4 Long, thick screws (I later added more wood to the sides to make it more secure since my kids sometimes walk through the garage and needed more)

Have he hardware store cut the pieces, go home and drill, screw them together.

Place the piece under the bike with the bottom part by the back tire. Get everything lined up and pull back on the bike and she will come right up.
