I was looking at the pictures here and saw then everyone basically had flush mounts. So it got me going. I want one now. Are they hard to install? Any fairing modification or ANY modification involved? Or is it like a connect wires and screw in the lights kinda deal?

 

Got mine from ebay. It was a simple wire splice and then put into place. No modification needed for mine.
