I have never done that for my manual cct install. Just install the manual one, and tighten it finger tight. Start the bike up and tighten until the rattle goes away, then back it out a 1/4 turn.

I know this may be a dumb question, but how do you guys run the bike while working on the cct? I just replaced mine and i took the tank and airbox off, I dont know how you could run the bike while adjusting it, tie the tank vertical and run it without the airbox off? Also did you notice any performance change when replacing with the OEM one the first time, I just replaced mine with OEM and it seems more sluggish and slower to rev....

There is enough fuel in your float bowls to allow you to run for a few minutes. Otherwise, many use a small auxiliary tank.

Airbox stays on mate and once it was on i fitted the tank and then wegded it vertical while adjusting it. As for performance much sure u conected everything back to the airbox first.
