Default f4 suspension help

i bought my first bike a few weeks ago, its a 99 f4. when i got it home i started taking it apart to check it over and make sure everything was hooked up correctly. i noticed that it had been lowered in the front and back and it had an Ohlins Racing shock. the guy i baught it from really didnt know anything about riding and im pretty sure he adjusted the supsension all kinds of crazy. my question is, where should i adjust the suspension for a 160lbs rided.

Welcome to the forum.

Start w/ factory settings & adjust for your riding style preference.

I responded to a similar post w/ info here... https://cbrforum.com/forum/showthrea...hlight=setting

I agree. Start with factory settings.

Since it's your first bike these settings will work great.

Furthermore I would get my suspension serviced.
