Default F4 seat conversion

Ok can anyone tell me if it is worth to do a seat conversion from teh bananna seat to the F4i. From looking around at prices it's like 300 for the frame, 250 for tthe plastic, 200 for the seats, 150 for the light, it's almost like a $1000 upgrade. i know that it looks cool as hell and i can't stand the one seat. i guess what i'm asking is there another way of doing it or not. HELP!!!!!

Look for deals on ebay OR buy a Targa seat cowl OR get a solo racing tail, but that gets rid of your rear seat completely. Just keep checking ebay.

I agree, ebay is the place to find the parts. I was going to do it for about 400 with parts from ebay but found a steal on a solo race tail on there and went with that.. Just be patient and youll find what you need.

Im thinking I am going to be doing a 04-05 gsxr tail and a 2001-2006 F4i front conversion. And then paint it this color scheme.

Hey guys, how difficult is this swap? Do the bolts on the new subframe fit perfectly on the F4? It seems like it would be worth it!

I stated above I was going to do a gixxer tail, but just got a huge deal on a 2005 1000rr repsol tail for only $27 plus $26 shipping. So I am going to be doing a 1000rr conversion. I also just bought a perfect condition seat for $12 and a tail light for $10. Then I bought the subframe covers from a 2005 600rr so I can cover up my subframe and have it flow. I want it to look as factory as possible.
