f4 running problems...
ok. lately i have been having problems with my bike running right. im a stunter. i roll endos like 100 feet and it boggs down and stalls sometimes. it only started doing that this year. never did it befor. so after an endo, i usually just pop start it when i land it. but it boggs on me. well lately, when i go to clutch up a wheelie weather it be at 50mph or 5mph, it boggs down on me. ill be cruising along at maybe 40 bring the clutch in and rip the throttle. and itll bogg right down. i had the tank off befor and noticed a vacuum line was disconnected so i reconnected it and it kept doing the same thing. i also had the 4 little hoses disconnected while i ran it for a f\ew seconds. any ideasss???

Go through all your vac lines and make sure they're connected to where they're supposed to be connected. Those 4 little hoses need to be plugged, if they're just dangling there your bike will run like hell. Those little foam pads should never get any gas in them, oil and a little dirt maybe, but there shouldn't be any way for gas to get to them, get that checked out.
Those big vac hoses that go into the bottom of the airbox (where the little foam filters are) are part of the crank case venting system, so if they're blowing gas up into your airbox, you have a pretty substantial problem.
so i figured it out... i think
one of those internal filters in my airbox was soaked in gas. since those vacuum lines dont suck much air it stopped it from sucking anything down. i think it caused a reverse effect instead of sucking in the air, it sucked in the gas which caused some sort of back draw... anyways, its runnin like a champ now!
