No particular story - only got the bike a few weeks ago, the first owner had it about 4 years and did about 7000miles on it, the second owner, who was 82 when he gave it up(!) did 1000miles in the last 10 years!
It's only got two imperfections, the slight scratch on the right hand side and a couple scrapes on the wingmirrors.
It was totally original (totally) when I got it, but I decided to put a rack and double bubble screen on, I don't wanna do any obtrusive mods really on such a pristine bike.

Hi back on here after a little vacation: just got this...
Got this a couple of days ago. Year 2000. 21k miles. The screen's been swapped for a double bubble one and the centre stand has gone but, it's in good shape. Has the original exhaust (which I like cuz the police are strict where I am). Needs new rubber that's all. Took it out today and it rode like a dream apart from the front tyre trying to tell me where the bike was going. Going to stick a pair of pirelli diablo's on as they're good and very reasonably priced on fleabay. I'm really looking forward to the better weather. I had the jelly mould and the f3 and this is so light compared.
I haven't had a bike since june last year and it's been just awful. I tried to quit 'em for my family but it made me too sad so my wife said 'you better get one'.

Love my 2000 CBR600F4 mine was OEM black and yellow before the previous owner plasti dipped the whole bike WHITE. Not a good job either. Was a pain to peel. I did some custom paint myself. I personally can't do the yellow black. Red and black all the way.
